If I do mapping, attached image shows up as a video track, and not an attachment, and does not show as cover image for the file either. While converting the video in a number of MKV files from H.264 to H.265, I noticed that FFmpeg treats the cover image attached to the MKV as a video stream, and does not include it in the destination file by default.
